3. Online Purchases

Our online store is powered by Ecwid by Lightspeed. When you make a purchase through our website, you are also subject to Ecwid's terms of service. All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

We accept major credit cards and e-transfer payments. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery is available within the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Delivery fees and timelines vary depending on the product and location. A clear, accessible path to the installation site is required.

Hot tub installation requires a solid, level base and a dedicated electrical hookup that meets local building codes. Atmosphere Hot Tubs coordinates with trusted local partners for electrical work, base preparation, and other installation services, but these are provided by independent contractors and not by Atmosphere Hot Tubs directly.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local municipal by-laws regarding hot tub and sauna installations, including permits, setbacks, and fencing requirements.

5. Returns & Refunds

Water care products, accessories, and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt, in their original, unopened packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Hot tubs, saunas, and other major products are subject to the specific warranty and return terms communicated at the time of purchase. All sales of major products are generally considered final.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

6. Warranties

Products sold by Atmosphere Hot Tubs are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — specific details are provided at the time of purchase.

Atmosphere Hot Tubs does not provide additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's warranty unless explicitly stated in writing. Warranty claims should be directed to Atmosphere Hot Tubs and will be facilitated with the manufacturer on your behalf.

7. Free Water Testing

Our free water testing service (Atmosphere H2O Analysis) is offered as a courtesy to all hot tub owners. The results and recommendations provided are based on our professional experience and the water sample provided at the time of testing.

Water testing results are advisory and should not be considered a substitute for professional water treatment services. Atmosphere Hot Tubs is not liable for any issues arising from the application or non-application of our water care recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Atmosphere Hot Tubs & Leisure or its respective brand partners and is protected by Canadian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
