1. Pre-Register Online
Fill out the form below with your hot tub details. We'll create your spa profile in our analysis system before you arrive — no paperwork when you walk in.
2. Bring a Sample
Collect about ½ cup (125 mL) of water from your hot tub in any clean, rinsed container. Don't add any chemicals for at least 6 hours before collecting.
3. Get Your Results
We test your water right in front of you — pH, alkalinity, sanitizer, calcium hardness, and more. You leave with a clear, written action plan for exactly what your water needs.

Before You Visit
To get the most accurate results, please have the following ready:
Know Your Hot Tub Capacity
Your hot tub's water volume in litres. Check your owner's manual, the sticker on the equipment panel, or the manufacturer's website.
Know Your Sanitizer
Are you currently using bromine or chlorine? This affects how we read and interpret your results.
No Chemicals for 6 Hours
Don't add any chemicals to your water for at least 6 hours before collecting your sample. We need a clean, undisturbed reading.
Bring ½ Cup of Water
About 125 mL in any clean, rinsed container — a jar, water bottle, or even a plastic cup. Collect from the middle of the tub, not the surface.
Pre-Register Your Visit
Submit your hot tub details ahead of time. We'll enter your spa into our Advanced Water Analysis System so everything is ready when you walk in.

You don't need to be an Atmosphere customer to use our free water testing. Whether you bought your spa from us, from another dealer, or secondhand — we're happy to help.
