Fantastic experience with my first Hot Tub purchase from André and Adam. Due to Covid, the manufacturing was delayed but the team kept us updated and we got it just in time for the fall. They have been so supportive and helpful through email, phone and best of all, in-person.
It's true, the first week is very confusing but thanks to the video André made and Adam's in-person feedback (he went over our hot tub ins and outs for me in the showroom to ease my stress), all is good now.
Great product, great team and feeling very well supported.
I am also glad we bought in-store versus online via costco (which we contemplated). First of all, we got the right hot tub for us and right additions. Second, I don't think I would have felt as comfortable without that direct store connection.

Andre from Atmosphere has been absolutely incredible to deal with. As a first-time hot tub owner, I had no idea what I was doing. My tub wasn’t heating, and after paying another company $250 for a so-called “repair,” the issue still wasn’t properly fixed.
Andre took nearly an hour out of his day to walk me through step-by-step instructions over the phone. He even sent YouTube videos to help with the diagnostics and he did all of this completely free of charge. That alone speaks volumes about his integrity, expertise, and commitment to real customer service.
In a market filled with shady businesses that charge an arm and a leg without actually solving the problem, Atmosphere stands out. Going forward, I highly recommend Atmosphere for any hot tub issues. Andre has earned my trust, and his customer service is truly beyond five stars.

I have been dealing with Atmosphere Hot Tubs & Leisure for a few years, since we purchased our hot tub, and I have been consistently impressed with the quality of service provided by all staff in the store on a full range of matters. Staff are friendly, very client-oriented, always happy and willing to help and go above and beyond - it is always a positive experience when I walk into the store. I highly recommend this business.

André was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, patiently answering all of my questions about hot tub placement, delivery, maintenance, and service. His professionalism and genuine care for his customers made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

From the moment you walk in, Atmosphere Hitters exudes a warm, energetic vibe. The space is thoughtfully laid out, with good lighting, comfy seating, and just enough hustle-and-bustle without feeling chaotic. It’s the kind of place where you want to stay a while.
What really sets Atmosphere Hitters apart is the owner, Andre. He’s hands-on, present, and truly committed to ensuring every customer feels welcome. I’ve seen him personally greet guests, check in mid-service, and even jump in to smooth over any hiccups. He listens, he remembers names, and he seems to genuinely care about the guest experience.
Their customer service is consistent. Staff are polite, prompt, and well coached — you can tell they operate under a clear standard. Even when things get busy, they manage to stay courteous and attentive rather than frazzled.
On the downside, there were moments when the wait between courses stretched a bit long — nothing disastrous, but enough to notice. A bit more punctual timing would elevate the experience further.
Overall, Atmosphere Hitters in Orleans impresses. Great ambiance, solid food, and above all, service led with heart by Andre. If you’re in the area and want somewhere reliable with character, this one’s worth a visit.

We bought our beachcomber hot tub last summer at Atmosphere. The service provided by Andre and Caeleb is exceptional. They both have the expertise knowledge to provide the customer all the information needed to buy a hot tub, equipment, accessories and the ongoing maintenance in owing one. I highly recommend Atmosphere Hot Tubs and Leisure for all your hot tub needs.

I am not a client of Atmosphere Hot Tubs but I wasn't getting the support I felt I should from my store. I came across Andre through his Youtube videos and was very impressed. I contacted Andre for help with the start up of our new Beachcomber Hot Tub and he was excellent. He took the time to share insights with me and provide a start up cheat sheet that I'm sure will ease any anxiety I will have during the process. From my experience with him, I know he cares about his clients and would go out of his way to make the owning of a hot tub a pleasant one.

We have been loyal customers of Atmosphere for several years (originally Beachcomber). We purchased our Beachcomber hot tub from Andre and continue to purchase all of our hot tub products and supplies from his store. Andre has been nothing but helpful and understanding during the learning curve helping us build our knowledge through water testing and cheat sheets, ensuring our chemicals are well balanced. He’s very thorough and personable to ensure his customers get the best service and that all of our questions are answered. When we had issues with our hot tub and after several attempts, Andre took matters into his own hands and guaranteed us that everything would be resolved, and they were. We can now enjoy our hot tub again. We would highly recommend you visit Andre and his team at Atmosphere for all your hot tub needs.

This review is long overdue. We are so happy to have purchased our Beachcomber hot tub (and Visscher gazebo) from Atmosphere Hot Tubs (at the time known as Beachcomber Hot Tubs). From the time we ordered it, to when we received it (April 2022), to now, we have received nothing but excellent advice and service from André and his team.
Such a positive (and ongoing) experience also made it an easy decision for me to buy my Louisiana pellet smoker from Atmosphere. It’s always fun talking with André about our smoking/grilling experiences. I really appreciate his great grilling and smoking ideas!
