Simple to use, the Infrared 100 is a compact 1-person indoor infrared sauna crafted to help you feel good. This sleek heat therapy solution creates an in-home wellness escape in a footprint that fits almost any space. It combines halogen heaters with red glass and a carbon heater for a total 1,195 W output, with a stylish black external veneer and a beautiful Thermo Aspen wood interior. Chromotherapy LED lights, two internal speakers, USB and Bluetooth audio, and an internal control panel let you set the mood from high vibe to chilled-out — making the sauna pod your own personal sanctuary. The deep penetrating infrared heat promotes detoxification, relieves muscle and joint pain, improves circulation, and supports healthier skin.
